These two lovely ladies, Suraya and Farila are from Puchong and Shah Alam. Both are colleagues and love milk chocolates therefore 70% of the chocolates we made that day were milk chocolates!

Farila "tempering" the couverture chocolate on the marble slab. The speciality of our class is that we teach both techniques of making chocolates in an aircond room and in a non aircond room (homemade technique).
