Basic Chocolate Making Class

These two lovely ladies, Suraya and Farila are from Puchong and Shah Alam.  Both are colleagues and love milk chocolates therefore 70%  of the chocolates we made that day were milk chocolates!

Farila "tempering" the couverture chocolate on the marble slab.  The speciality of our class is that we teach both techniques of making chocolates in an aircond room and in a non aircond room (homemade technique).

Basic Chocolate Making Class

This class was held on 26 June and only one student participated as the other one had to cancel due to fever.
Fiera attended our class upon recommendation by her mother, Puan Normaliza and we found she is a fast learner and creative too.  Thank you Puan Normaliza.

Basic Homemade Chocolate Workshop at J.B.

Salam All.  This is a late entry.  This workshop of 16 participants was in early June at Sri Malaysia Hotel, Johor Bahru.  My appreciation and thank you to my nieces for organising this workshop.

Kelas di Langkawi 5&6 Mac dan di Bangi 12 Mac

Salam Semua
Ini saja gambar yang sempat saya ambil di kelas saya di Bangi dan Langkawi tempoh hari.  Kelas di Bangi di hadiri oleh Puan Suria dari Sg Merab dan Puan Yati dari Johor.  Walaupun saya tahu beliau agak letih memandu dari Johor Bahru bersama anak-anaknya, Puan Yati  yang peramah dan suka mengusik ni betul-betul telah menceriakan kami pada hari itu.  Puan Suria walaupun pendiam tetapi cekap dengan kerja yang dilakukan dan sentiasa tersenyum dengan usikan kami.

Kelas di Langkawi telah diadakan sebanyak 2 sessi tapi sayangnya ini sahaja gambar yang sempat kami ambil memandangkan masa yang suntuk untuk kami habiskan semua module kerana  kelas ini berkonsep workshop dan kami perlu mengejar masa dengan cuaca yang panas di sana. Ada yang lewat kerana feri dari Kuala Perlis delay tapi Alhamdulillah semua pelajaran dapat di habiskan sebelum petang itu.
